BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE TRAINING


FITNESS ON MACHINES
(bodyweight training, free weights and machines, with separate GROUP, MINIGROUP or INDIVIDUAL subscription, two free introductory sessions!

being free (you don't pay for the trainer's service) for new clients with Salsafit, ESX, 7Card or Sanopass subscription, which will ensure access to the gym)

BODY PUMP (Anca)
The Body Pump class is designed as a group fitness program, performed at an aerobic pace. This class combines fitness exercises with aerobic ones, being suitable for both men and women due to the intense training program.
You work with dumbbells, barbells and a stepper for 50 minutes, working on specific exercises for each muscle group.

(training targeting thighs, abdomen and buttocks)

CIRCUIT
(a sequence of exercises for various muscle groups, performed with different accessories or devices

CARDIO & TONE INTERVALS
(sets of three repetitive exercises, to increase cardiac endurance and tone. The class is suitable for both beginners and advanced)

PILATES (Elena)
(slow, controlled and effective toning and stretching - easy cardio)

QIGONG (Laurentiu)
(ancient Chinese system of understanding, balancing and harmonizing the physical, energetic and spiritual body, similar to Tai Chi)

REBOUND (Anca)
(toning, intense cardio, intensifies blood and lymph circulation, responsible for eliminating waste)

CUBANA SALSA (Cubanito)
(Afro-Cuban couple and group dance, in which partners constantly change during the class, for maximum socialization and fun. No It is mandatory to come with a partner but it wouldn't be bad - it's actually one of the coolest things you can do with your partner outside the house) You will first learn simple, basic steps, so you can enjoy the music and the atmosphere, slowly evolving towards more complex figures. You will also learn a lot about the culture of the Cubans, who know how to enjoy simple and essential things: music and unsophisticated dancing, with friends, - which makes them feel happy and free in their soul (which I wish for Romanians too).

STEP TONE (Anca)
(toning especially of the legs and buttocks - intense cardio)

TABATA

Tabata is a type of high-intensity training (HIIT) that consists of short and intense exercises, followed by short rest periods. Each Tabata set lasts four minutes and consists of eight rounds of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. This type of training is effective for burning fat and improving general physical condition

TAE BO
A class that combines aerobic and toning movements, in which simple boxing and martial arts movements are set to the rhythm of music and adapted to group classes. It helps greatly in developing mobility, coordination and increasing cardiac endurance. It is a class suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
